How does hourly booking work?
Pick the job and a time slot. A handyman arrives in that window and works by the hour. You get a calendar invite plus reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before.
What is the hourly rate?
Rates are being set now. Every booking shows the rate before you confirm, and nothing is charged online.
Do you bring materials?
Common hardware, yes. Fixtures and specialty parts are bought with your OK first.
Can I buy a territory?
Yes. Each city page is a territory record. Licensed owners get the city page, the calendar and the bookings for that city. See the Territory page.
Do you work from a Hand Me The List fix list?
Yes. We do the fixes on Hand Me The List punch lists before a move or sale.
